Lead and manage the electrical design team for railway projects.

Develop strategies and plans for electrical system design (Power, Traction, Signaling Interfaces).

Review and approve electrical drawings and schematics to ensure compliance with international standards (IEC, EN, Railway Standards).

Coordinate with other design disciplines (Mechanical, Signaling, Civil) to ensure full design integration.

Supervise the preparation of technical specifications and engineering reports.

Manage engineering resources and ensure on-time and high-quality design deliverables.

Communicate with clients and consultants to resolve technical issues and provide solutions.

Train and develop design engineers to maintain high technical competency.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical design, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Strong experience in railway, metro, or monorail projects.

In-depth knowledge of railway electrical systems (Traction Power, Overhead Lines, Substations).

Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.

Proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, ETAP, or EPLAN).

PMP certification is preferred

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills
