Job Description
- Lead project from planning through commissioning and commercial operation.
- Control project time, cost, and cash flows to meet contractual and financial targets.
- Manage project contracts, packages, and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and all stakeholders.
- Oversee quality assurance, HSE performance, and risk management.
- Provide regular progress, financial, and risk reports to management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering.
- More than 15 years of experience in HV substations projects.
- Proven track record in EPC of HV substations and OHTL projects.
- PMP, PRMG, RMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent planning, cost control, and contract management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of HV substations and OHTL engineering, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera (preferred).
- Excellent command of the English language.
