Job Description
- Lead end-to-end management of steel fabrication projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction teams to meet project milestones.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Manage client communication, project documentation, and contract changes.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and FMC policies.
- Foster team collaboration, accountability, and high performance across all project phases.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering (PMP certification is an advantage)
Experience:
- 10-12 Years' experience in steel fabrication and erection projects, with at least 5 years on a project management role.
- proven track record of managing large-scale industrial or structural steel projects.
