Finishing Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Finishing Supervisor with solid experience in all types of finishing works. An engineering degree is not required; practical expertise and proven track record are what matter."

● Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities on-site, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications and timelines.
● Inspect and monitor the quality of finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, carpentry, and other related trades.
● Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow.
● Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to guide finishing teams effectively.
● Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all finishing operations.
● Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and resource needs.
● Manage and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for finishing tasks efficiently.
● Conduct regular site inspections to identify and rectify defects or deviations from quality standards.
● Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of finishing materials and supplies.
● Train and mentor junior staff and workers to uphold best practices in finishing works.
