Job Description
- Review and verify drawings, dimensions, and documents received from the Engineering Department.
- Ensure compliance of technical specifications between contract items and on-site execution.
- Plan and organize the project implementation process.
- Identify workforce requirements for the project.
- Assist in preparing the project timeline.
- Support in determining the actual project cost based on quantities and technical specifications.
- Monitor and supervise project implementation, ensure alignment with the project schedule, and update the timeline when needed.
- Coordinate between engineers and project consultants to inspect and approve all works delivered by the contractor in line with the defined technical specifications at each stage.
- Review and approve samples and catalogues submitted by the contractor, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and obtaining consultant approval.
- Review and validate periodic project invoices submitted by the contractor against contract prices, quantities, and the project schedule.
- Prepare monthly invoices for subcontractors.
- Provide monthly progress reports on work developments and accomplishments.
- Participate as a member of the handover committee and take responsibility for the preliminary acceptance of completed works.
- Ensure timely handover of the project to the Operations Department.
- Lead, supervise, and guide the project team to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to project objectives.
- Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Min. 10 years of experience in the same field.
