Job Description
EcoTech is now hiring at Egypt Office, “Odoo Project Manager” with at least 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities /Duties
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with
stakeholders.
- Manage Odoo implementations, migrations, customizations, and integrations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality
standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business
needs.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and provide Odoo-based solutions.
- Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and handle change requests.
- Lead a team of Odoo developers, functional consultants, and testers.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and resolve blockers to ensure smooth execution.
- Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues promptly.
- Ensure proper documentation of project specifications, user manuals, and
training materials.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and post-implementation support.
- Stay updated with the latest Odoo features, trends, and best practices.
Work Location: Office in Zahraa Maadi

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementations.
- Proven track record managing Odoo ERP projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a hybrid (remote and on-site) workplace arrangement.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
