Job Description
- Responsible of executing all projects as per license drawings with all the safety factors and all the engineering and code standards for building and construction.
- Managing projects all projects with the ability to perform all the concrete work, piles work, dewatering work, internal & external finishing work.
- supervising all construction work to carry out work as per standards with high quality in the least cost.
- Revising all technical drawings before starting the construction work, & match all the integrated drawings.
- Revising the cutting list of all the steel work in all projects.
- Prepare the construction time plan with the assist of the technical office engineer.
- Prepare technical items in contractor`s contract with the assist of the legal department and the technical office.
- Responsible of site quantity survey and presenting work statement to create contractor invoices.
- He is fully responsible and legally accountable for the safety of all the projects he has implemented.
- Solve any governmental issues in site.
- The ability of site mobilization.
- Present weekly, monthly, & annually work progress report.
- Review Site accounts between the Arabs and the company and delivery of checks.
- Developing and implementing standards for (Civil engineering) as (Formwork, RFT, Pouring) processes.
- Developing and implementing standards for (Arch engineering) as (Masonry, plastering, Gypsum ceiling, Flooring, facades, etc,..) processes.
- Developing and implementing quality control systems.
- Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications.
- Make steel bars cutting list.
- Supervise concrete work (foundation & skeleton)
- Prepare shop drawings needed in site.
- Receive all site work.
- Make work statement with percentage and present it to technical office after receiving the work.
- Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
- Ensuring that workflows & processes comply with safety regulations.
- Investigating and troubleshooting processes issues.
- Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
- Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.
- Contributing to reviewing and matching construction, architectural and sanitary drawings, and electricity.
- Responsible of installing water, & electric construction meter in site.
- Responsible of the safety of all site engineers and employees.
- Revise the quantities made in construction work in site
Job Requirements
- 8-11 years in construction field (site)
- worked in piles, dewatering, & concrete work.
- must have experience in mega projects
- Great Cairo Residence is Must.
