Job Description
- Project Management: Responsibility for the entire project lifecycle, including defining project goals, preparing schedules and budgets, and monitoring project progress.
- Coordination: Managing and coordinating all involved resources and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and on-time delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring the high quality of e-learning content and modules, both educationally and technically.
- Communication: Regular communication with clients and internal teams regarding project status, potential risks, and proposed solutions.
- Market Analysis: Monitoring trends and developments in the e-learning field to develop innovative solutions for clients.
- Reporting: Preparing regular reports on project performance and results.
Job Requirements
- Professional Experience: Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the field of e-learning, digital education, or software development.
- Methodological Knowledge: Solid knowledge of common project management methods (e.g., agile methods such as Scrum, classical methods such as PRINCE2).
- Language Skills: Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written, are mandatory (business fluent, C1/C2 level). Additional European language skills are a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities, as well as the capability to clearly and effectively explain complex issues.
- Problem-Solving Competence: A proactive and solution-oriented work style with the ability to effectively address challenges.
- Organizational Talent: A high degree of self-organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Technical Affinity: Basic understanding of e-learning technologies (e.g., learning platforms, authoring tools, SCORM/xAPI) is an advantage.
- Teamwork: Strong team-player mentality and the ability to motivate and lead others.
- Education: A completed degree in media education, economics, IT, or a comparable qualification.
