Job Description
- Collaborate with all SCM teams to understand workflows, processes, reporting requirements, internal controls, and compliance needs.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications for ERP SCM.
- Configure and customize the ERP system within the logistics contexts, following Oracle standards and best practices.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end users in SCM modules.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, test plans, and training materials.
- Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for Logistics processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation, testing, and post-go-live phases.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented ERP solutions, including system upgrades and enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle ERP updates and best practices in manufacturing and financial management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on how to leverage the ERP system to improve operational efficiency, planning, cost control, and compliance.
- Work closely with project managers and other functional consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and ERP system enhancements within the manufacturing and finance domains.
- Assist in designing and implementing production and financial reporting using tools such as Power BI or other reporting solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and accounting standards.
- Ensure integration between ERP and other critical business applications.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Logistics industry solutions within Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as an ERP Consultant with strong exposure to SCM.
- Deep understanding of Logistics processes, production planning, and cost accounting.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing manufacturing and financial modules in Oracle fusion ERP.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions for Supply chain users.
- Solid project management skills, including managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to client satisfaction.
