Job Description
- Execute and manage local purchasing activities according to procurement plans and budget.
- Coordinate with technical and warehouse departments to ensure timely supply of materials.
- Continuously search for new suppliers and improve relationships with existing vendors.
- Issue and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare periodic reports on purchasing performance and cost analysis for management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in local purchasing.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of local suppliers and vendor evaluation.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Previous experience in the medical supplies sector or similar industries is a strong advantage.
