• Source and evaluate suppliers for construction materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
• Request and analyze quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Negotiate terms, conditions, and contracts with suppliers.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders according to project requirements.
• Monitor order status and follow up on deliveries to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure material availability.
Job Requirements
• 7–10 years of experience in procurement, in the construction industry is a must
• Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and subcontracting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/others) and MS Office.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
