Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Contracts & Procurement Engineer to join our expanding real estate development team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the full procurement cycle, negotiating high-value contracts, and ensuring strict compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. This is a strategic position that requires strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and exceptional communication skills.
Job Requirements
- Lead and manage end-to-end procurement processes for projects, from initial requisition to final delivery.
- Draft, review, and administer contracts, ensuring alignment with project objectives and company standards.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers and contractors to secure the best commercial outcomes.
- Ensure full compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve disputes, and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records of procurement activities and contractual documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 6–10 years of progressive experience in procurement and contracts, ideally in the real estate or construction sector.
- Demonstrated success in a similar senior role.
- In-depth understanding of procurement regulations, contract law, and technical specifications.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
