Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer or Sales Executive to join our team in the finishing and decoration industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales combined with technical knowledge of finishing materials (such as paints, coatings, wall coverings, flooring, decorative panels, or architectural finishes). This role involves working closely with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers to promote and sell our products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the finishing and decoration market.
Visit project sites, meet clients, and generate leads through field visits and networking.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and services to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and developers.
Technical Expertise & Consultation:
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products/solutions.
Provide technical support and guidance during product selection and project execution.
Assist in mock-ups, site trials, and product demonstrations.
Project Coordination:
Monitor ongoing projects to ensure correct product application and customer satisfaction.
Work with internal teams (design, technical, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and execution.
Sales Administration:
Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts in coordination with the commercial team.
Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications using CRM tools.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or project sales, preferably in finishing or decorative products.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of decorative materials such as paints, coatings, flooring, cladding, etc.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Other: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
