About Us

We are a growing automotive company specializing in electric scooters and sustainable mobility solutions. As we expand our presence in the market, we’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive our B2B efforts and manage relationships with distributors and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead B2B sales operations across the assigned territory.
  • Conduct outdoor visits to potential distributors, partners, and clients.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with distribution channels and B2B partners.
  • Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, and aftersales) to deliver seamless service.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize the vendor network to support business goals.
  • Report weekly/monthly on sales pipeline and targets.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, electric vehicles, or two-wheeler industry.
  • Proven track record of working with distributors and vendors in a similar field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with field/outdoor work and client-facing roles.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in launching new mobility or EV products.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics in automotive or mobility distribution.
