Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Lighting Design, or a related technical field.
Additional certifications in lighting systems (e.g., DIALux, Relux, or KNX) are a plus.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the lighting or electrical industry.
Proven track record in B2B sales, project-based selling, or specification sales to consultants, architects, or contractors.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of lighting technologies (LED systems, lighting controls, fixtures, etc.).
Familiarity with lighting design software (DIALux, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Understanding of electrical systems, building codes, and energy efficiency standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
Sales & Communication Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
Capable of translating technical information into clear business value for clients.
Other Requirements
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites or project locations.
