Job Description
- Assist in reviewing tender documents, specifications, and requirements to ensure alignment with company products and services.
- Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals under the supervision of senior pre-sales staff.
- Collaborate with sales, business development, and engineering teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of opportunities, quotations, and client communications in the CRM system.
- Ensure data entry in the CRM system is correct and coordinate with the team for updates or corrections when needed.
- Provide research and analysis on customer requirements, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in technical meetings, presentations, and demonstrations when required, alongside senior pre-sales staff.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with governmental and safety regulations in tender documents and proposals.
- Support the team in managing timelines, documentation, and follow-ups with clients during the tender submission process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 0–4 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a related engineering role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of safety systems, detectors, or firefighting equipment is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and ability to work under supervision.
- Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and meet deadlines.
