Job Description

  • Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their technical requirements and propose suitable engineering solutions.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to tailor solutions that meet specific customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed technical proposals, quotations, and documentation to support the sales process.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, addressing client inquiries and troubleshooting issues as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to support business development initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client onboarding.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events as required.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
