Job Description
- Prepare complete technical and commercial proposals, including job pricing, application methodology, and required technical and commercial terms
- Attend technical meetings with clients and consultants to present and discuss proposed solutions when needed.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and client requests
- Provide fast and efficient technical support to clients and colleagues
- Prepare job orders and ensure smooth execution and reporting
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all proposals and applications
- Follow up on customer satisfaction and address concerns proactively
- Study competitors’ products and compare technical capabilities
- Support knowledge-sharing and help train new team members
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering
- 4–6 years of experience in technical office work within the industrial sectors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-service oriented and results-driven
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure
- Team player with a professional and positive attitude
