Job Description
- Engage with clients to understand their furniture needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
- Present and demonstrate Oranjee Furniture’s product range, highlighting features, benefits, and sustainable materials.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop customized proposals for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to architects, interior designers, and end customers.
- Support the sales process from initial contact through to order fulfillment, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Assist in preparing quotations, contracts, and technical documentation for clients.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to product installation or use.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of furniture products, materials, and design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in an office-based setting with occasional client site visits.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design and engineering.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Auto Cad , 3Ds Max software.
- Self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
