Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients’ needs.
Analyze customer requirements and propose effective IT solutions that align with their business objectives.
Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs) with detailed technical documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, solution designs, and cost estimates.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and technologies to provide informed recommendations.
Support the transition from pre-sales to post-sales by ensuring a smooth handover of technical information to implementation teams.
Participate in workshops, webinars, and events to showcase ITCS solutions and capabilities.
Gather and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
