* All Building System Construction Chemicals products knowledge
* Monitoring/Follow-up projects
* Achieving sales target through direct and distribution channels
* Presenting quarterly Sales analysis/business plan
* Forecasting based on market situation
* Prospecting New Leads
* Providing a professional technical support for Area Projects
* Taking queries from project engineers/project mangers
* Negotiating terms and prices
