What you'll do.
- Manage in-store sales operations, sales phone and guide walk-in customers to the best product for their needs.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle software/hardware issues like RAM upgrades & diagnostics.
- Requires a professional with expertise in laptop upgrades and computer assembly.
- Manage customer communication via WhatsApp, Instagram & Facebook .
- Process orders, coordinate deliveries, and follow up with clients for reviews.
Job Requirements
You must have:

- Experience: 1+ years computer hardware/software sales or tech support.
