Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients (mainly Africa and the Middle East).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target export markets.
- Manage the full sales process — from lead generation and proposal to delivery and payment.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, prepare clear and structured offers, and ensure high responsiveness.
- Coordinate daily with logistics, production, and finance to ensure seamless execution with no delays.
- Monitor market movements, customer trends, and competitors to support smart pricing and positioning.
- Conduct in-depth market research and convert raw data into actionable insights and reports.
- Contribute to strategic market plans and assist in quarterly business reviews with analytical input.
- Ensure correct application of Incoterms, shipping arrangements, and export documentation.
- Maintain clean records, follow-up reports, and sales pipelines in a structured, professional manner.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, export, trade, or market research.
- Strong commercial mindset and analytical thinking.
- Experience working with Incoterms, international shipping, and trade documents.
- High attention to detail, especially in offers, reports, and communication.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint — SAP or BI tools are a plus.
- Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and ready to take responsibility in a high-performance team.
