Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, your role will be to identify potential clients, reach out to them through cold calls/emails/social channels, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team. You will be the first point of contact in the sales process and play a key role in driving business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and understand their needs
  • Initiate conversations and pitch the value of our product/service
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for outreach and qualified leads

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
  • Confidence in cold calling and starting conversations with new people
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines
  • Experience using CRM tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
  • Positive attitude, coachable, and eager to learn and gro
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS or tech/startup environment
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Understanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification processes
