Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, your role will be to identify potential clients, reach out to them through cold calls/emails/social channels, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team. You will be the first point of contact in the sales process and play a key role in driving business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and understand their needs
- Initiate conversations and pitch the value of our product/service
- Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for outreach and qualified leads
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Confidence in cold calling and starting conversations with new people
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Experience using CRM tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
- Positive attitude, coachable, and eager to learn and gro
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS or tech/startup environment
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Understanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification processes
