Job Description
We are looking for a B2B Sales Specialist with proven experience in the contact center outsourcing industry. This individual will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and closing qualified leads in offshore markets (USA, UK, Europe, Australia) and nearshore markets (GCC countries). You will be responsible for the full sales cycle – from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential offshore and nearshore B2B clients who need contact center solutions
- Develop and implement a sales pipeline with strategic outreach to international markets
- Conduct discovery calls, product presentations, and tailor proposals based on client needs
- Close deals efficiently and ensure seamless onboarding in coordination with internal operations teams
- Maintain a strong CRM discipline with detailed records of all interactions, progress, and forecasts
- Build and manage a portfolio of high-potential clients and strategic accounts
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure aligned messaging and service delivery
- Report on sales performance, forecasts, market trends, and competitor insights

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in the contact center or BPO industry
- Demonstrated success in selling to offshore clients (USA, UK, Europe, Australia) and/or GCC markets
- Strong understanding of outsourcing services, KPIs, and the value proposition of contact centers
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Exceptional skills in sales negotiation, proposal development, and contract closing
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
