We are a leading pesticide and agrochemical manufacturing company with a strong presence in both local and international markets. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives, foster partnerships, and unlock new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies targeting local and international markets.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels.
- Explore and evaluate export markets and support regulatory registration where required.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to shape commercial decisions.
- Collaborate with the registration, marketing, and supply chain teams to support product launches.
- Lead business negotiations and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
- Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and agricultural events.
- Meet sales targets and support revenue growth across assigned territories.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of pesticide registration and export regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to travel frequently (domestic and international).
