Scrum Master / Agile Project Lead

We are seeking a Scrum Master / Agile Project Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Agile methodologies, capable of guiding cross-functional teams, and committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead and manage Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring effectiveness and time-boxing.
• Remove Impediments: Act as a servant leader, proactively identifying and eliminating blockers that hinder team progress.
• Coach the Team: Mentor and guide the team in self-organization, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement.
• Promote Agile Principles: Educate stakeholders, product owners, and leadership on Agile and Scrum values, principles, and practices.
• Track and Report Progress: Monitor Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint performance to provide transparency.
• Define Strategic Vision: Collaborate with senior leadership and product owners to shape and communicate long-term goals.
• Develop Roadmaps: Assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
• Translate Strategy into Action: Break down high-level goals into actionable initiatives, epics, and user stories with the product owner.
• Lead Planning Sessions: Organize and facilitate strategic planning meetings to align teams and departments.
