Job Description
1. Business Development & Sales
- Drive revenue growth across ICT, AI, SaaS, and enterprise solutions.
- Develop sales plans customized to the Egyptian market.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
2. Operations & Service Delivery
- Oversee daily branch operations in compliance with company standards.
- Work closely with project teams and technical specialists for smooth delivery.
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely project completion.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
3. Import & Export Activities
- Manage import/export of technology products (hardware & software).
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian customs and international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with logistics providers for timely shipments.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all transactions.
4. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and supervise branch staff (sales, technical, admin, and support).
- Set KPIs, review performance, and build a result-oriented culture.
- Support staff development through training and mentoring.
5. Strategic Partnerships & Market Intelligence
- Build relationships with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for government and private sector projects.
- Provide HQ with market intelligence and competitor insights.
- Support regional initiatives and cross-border projects.
6. Financial & Administrative Management
- Manage branch P&L, budgets, and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian laws, HR, labor, tax, and trade regulations.
- Submit regular reports to HQ on financials, sales pipeline, and operations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Branch revenue and profitability targets achieved.
- Customer retention and satisfaction (NPS score).
- Timely project completion and SLA compliance.
- Import/export compliance with zero penalties.
- Employee performance and retention rate.
- Growth of local partnerships and vendor ecosystem.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in ICT/AI/Solutions, with 3+ years in management.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise ICT solutions, SaaS, and AI-driven technologies.
- Proven sales leadership and P&L management experience.
- Familiarity with import/export processes for technology products.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen.
- Fluency in English & Arabic (French is a plus).
