Job Description
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock replenishment.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising for men’s fashion.
- Handle customer service, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to drive growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in branch management within retail (preferably in fashion/men’s wear).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and key performance indicators.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
