Job Description
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
- Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
- Reducing the size of Default within the branch
- Create a weekly schedule of tasks for employees
- Maintain branch cleanliness and visual display condition
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
- Preparing human resources, financial management and warehouse reports
Job Requirements
- Experience 2 years as a store manger in fashion retail women is must
- Team leadership skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Problem solving skills (clients - employees) is very important
- Planning and time management skills
- Very good command of written & spoken English.
- Excellent excel Skills
- Minimum 3:6 years in a managerial position.
- Max age 35 years
