Job Description
- Develop and implement in-store branding strategies to ensure consistent brand visibility across all retail branches.
- Lead the design, production, and rollout of point-of-sale (POS) materials and visual merchandising assets.
- Oversee the execution of visual merchandising (VM) plans, ensuring alignment with brand standards and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with retail operations, suppliers, and production vendors to execute marketing materials and installation
- Monitor and optimize the shopper journey and in-store experience to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Conduct regular retail audits to evaluate compliance with merchandising guidelines and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the launch of retail campaigns, promotions, and activations in coordination with the marketing team.
- Manage the inventory and distribution of all POS and VM materials across branches.
- Provide training and guidance to retail staff on merchandising standards and display protocols.
- Ensure all visual elements are delivered within deadlines and budgets, maintaining high quality and consistency.
