Job Description
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the home appliances division.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive branch growth, increase market share, and maximize profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure optimal stock availability for all home appliances and electronics.
- Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Ensure adherence to safety, security, and regulatory requirements within the branch.
- Prepare and present regular performance Forecast reports to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the home appliances or electronics sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving branch performance.
