- Supervise the maintenance, security & cleaning in terms of 100% functionality & elimination of risks for clients

- Manage resource planning to ensure optimal branch operation.
- Research market trends and competitor practices in the entertainment field.

- Assist in staff recruitment, supplier’s selection and customers’ targeting

- Create new ideas for the activities to make a better customer experience by bringing in the best market practices in the entertainment field through research & assessing competition landscape & work on integrating findings in the branch operations

- Manage the convenience store in terms of planning, inventory management & cash management to be a key source of revenue for the branch

- Overseeing the effective application of health and safety regulations and risk assessment to ensure a safe environment for park employees and the public
