Job Description
- Oversee and manage daily operations and workflow within the advertising department to ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate traffic between creative, account management, and production teams to optimize resource allocation and project timelines.
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and proactively resolve issues to maintain deadlines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding project status, priorities, and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records of project schedules, resource assignments, and workflow documentation.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear communication to all stakeholders.
- Support the management team in strategic planning and resource forecasting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in a BTL, experiential marketing, or events agency environment (MUST)
- Proven track record in operations managing and dealing with different suppliers different fields related to BTL Field.
- Strong understanding of production, logistics, event planning, vendor coordination, and budgeting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
- Flexibility to travel and be on-site during events as needed.
