Job Description
1.团队统筹与管理:
- 负责本地电商团队的日常协调与管理,涵盖:平台运营、内容制作、客服、仓库、行政等职能;
- 作为中方团队与本地执行人员之间的沟通桥梁,推动执行落地、解决协作障碍;
- 带领团队达成销售目标、平台评分、客户满意度等核心指标。
2.电商运营流程监管:
- 全面把控从广告投放、商品上架、订单处理、客服到发货的全流程运作;
- 持续优化各环节工作流程,提高效率、降低出错率;
- 协助运营人员策划平台活动与日常促销,提高订单量与曝光。
3.数据分析与问题反馈:
- 定期收集与汇总平台运营、广告效果、客户反馈等核心数据,形成报告;
- 发现业务瓶颈与问题,及时提出优化建议;
- 每周向中方管理层汇报团队运营情况,参与战略计划讨论。
4.跨文化协作管理:
- 理解中资企业运作风格,熟悉中方节奏,提升中埃团队协同效率;
- 帮助新员工快速融入团队文化与岗位节奏。
Job Responsibilities:
1.Team Leadership & Coordination
- Supervise and coordinate daily tasks of the local team: platform operations, content creation, customer service, warehouse, and admin support;
- Serve as the main point of contact between the local Egyptian team and Chinese management;
- Ensure alignment of team activities with sales targets and brand guidelines.
2.Operational Oversight
- Monitor the full order cycle: from advertising to platform listings, order processing, customer service, and fulfillment;
- Review and optimize internal workflows to improve team efficiency and reduce errors;
- Track KPIs such as order volume, ad-to-order conversion, customer satisfaction, etc.
3.Sales & Platform Support
- Assist in campaign planning and platform promotions on Jumia, Noon, Amazon, etc.;
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve performance.
4.Reporting & Communication
- Prepare weekly reports for Chinese management team (in English or bilingual if needed);
- Participate in regular update meetings and strategic planning sessions.
Job Requirements
- 本科及以上学历,具备 3年以上电商运营或团队管理经验;
- 熟悉埃及主流电商平台(Jumia、Noon、Amazon)运作模式,了解广告投放基础(Meta、TikTok);
- 具备良好的英语和阿拉伯语沟通能力;懂中文者优先考虑;
- 有较强的团队管理能力、执行力和问题解决能力
- 有在中资企业、电商公司、跨境贸易公司任职经历者优先。
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, team coordination, or project management;
- Familiar with online marketplaces in Egypt (Jumia, Noon, Amazon) and digital advertising basics (Meta, TikTok);
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (Chinese could be a highlight);
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process management skills;
