Job Description
- Responsible for daily operations of the official online store and marketplace stores (Amazon, Noon, Jumia, etc.), ensuring smooth order processing, fulfillment, and after-sales service.
- Develop and implement e-commerce operation strategies to improve store performance, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate promotional campaigns (e.g., Back-to-School, Ramadan, Black Friday), including product selection, pricing strategy, and campaign execution.
- Manage store content and product pages (banners, product descriptions, SEO optimization) to ensure accuracy and attractiveness.
- Monitor sales data, traffic, and customer behavior; provide analysis and reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure efficient cross-department workflow.
- Maintain relationships with platform account managers and third-party service providers to maximize platform resources. Supervise a small operations team, provide training and performance guidance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with marketplace management experience in Egypt (Amazon, Noon, Jumia).
- Familiar with local consumer behavior and seasonal promotions in Egypt.
- Strong data analysis skills, able to interpret sales trends and propose actionable strategies.
- Good communication and coordination skills, both internally and with external partners.
- Fluent in English; Chinese language proficiency is a strong plus.
- Preferred: Experience working in electronics, 3c.Team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools
