Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Monitor the market and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Lead negotiations and closing of high-value property transactions.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train a team of senior and junior sales agents.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the buying/selling process.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients, real estate developers, and investors.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management. 
  • Integrate digital marketing strategies to improve client engagement and sales conversion.

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and property transactions.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and MS Office.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
