Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
Monitor the market and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Lead negotiations and closing of high-value property transactions.
Supervise, mentor, and train a team of senior and junior sales agents.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the buying/selling process.
Maintain relationships with key clients, real estate developers, and investors.
Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management.
Integrate digital marketing strategies to improve client engagement and sales conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and property transactions.
Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and MS Office.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
