Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Real Estate Sales Agents at The Address Holding, located in New Cairo. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your daily tasks will include providing customer service, marketing properties, conducting property tours, and managing negotiations. You will also be required to stay updated on the latest trends in the real estate market and maintain your real estate license.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
