Job Description
- Advise clients on property investment opportunities, market trends, and pricing strategies to help them make informed decisions.
- Conduct property viewings, site visits, and presentations to prospective buyers and tenants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
- Negotiate sales, rental agreements, and contracts to achieve optimal outcomes for both clients and the company.

- Prepare and deliver compelling property proposals, marketing materials, and presentations.
- Stay updated on local real estate market developments, regulations, and competitor activities.

- Participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months and up to 5 years of experience in property consulting, real estate sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong knowledge of local property markets, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and property listing platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
