Job Description

  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages to help them make informed real estate decisions.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings to potential buyers or tenants.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and leases on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of property owners, buyers, investors, and other real estate professionals.
  • Research and analyze local market trends to identify new opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Prepare and present detailed property listings, marketing materials, and comparative market analyses.
  • Assist clients throughout the entire transaction process, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Utilize digital tools and platforms to manage leads, track client interactions, and enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on industry best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 0 year and up to 5 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of local real estate markets and property valuation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and digital marketing tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, under various employment arrangements, and in an on-site office setting.
