Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize property sales and client acquisition.
Provide expert investment consultancy and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met.
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to foster continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategies.
Ensure all team activities comply with industry regulations and company standards.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with proven leadership or team management experience.
Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Egypt and the MENA region.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Willingness to work onsite and travel as required.
