Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, property presentations, and deal closing.
- Provide expert real estate consultancy tailored to client needs.
- Mentor and support junior sales agents to maximize team performance.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in real estate sales (Zayed & October market experience is a must).
- Strong client network and market knowledge.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
