Job Description
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the process of buying, selling, or investing in residential and commercial properties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and property values.
- Present and promote a diverse portfolio of properties from top developers, highlighting key features and investment benefits.
- Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring the best outcomes for both clients and the company.
- Coordinate property viewings, site visits, and meetings between clients and developers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction details.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within specified timelines.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years and up to 7 years of experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and property trends.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and demeanour suitable for client-facing roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to work from the office and attend on-site property visits as required.
