Job Description

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the process of buying, selling, or investing in residential and commercial properties.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and property values.
  • Present and promote a diverse portfolio of properties from top developers, highlighting key features and investment benefits.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring the best outcomes for both clients and the company.
  • Coordinate property viewings, site visits, and meetings between clients and developers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction details.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within specified timelines.
  • Add Listings in websites and applications like property finder etc.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years and up to 7 years of experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market and property trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour suitable for client-facing roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to work from the office and attend on-site property visits as required.
