Job Description
- Advise clients on property investment opportunities, market trends, and legal requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers and tenants.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and leasing agreements to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of property owners, investors, and industry professionals.
- Prepare and present comprehensive property proposals and market analyses.
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and administrative teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Stay updated on local real estate regulations, zoning laws, and market developments.
- Utilize digital platforms and CRM systems to manage client relationships and property listings.
- Represent Sigma at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property consultancy.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of property market dynamics and investment principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital marketing tools.
