Job Description
- Advise clients on property investment opportunities and market trends within assigned regions.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on available listings.

- Negotiate sales and rental agreements to achieve optimal outcomes for both clients and the company.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and documentation in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processes and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on local real estate market developments, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Assist clients throughout the entire buying, selling, or leasing process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Participate in company meetings, training sessions, and professional development initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in real estate consulting, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with the real estate markets in New Cairo, New Capital, Mostakbal City, and North Coast is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel to various locations as required.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
