Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the real estate sector, particularly in property sales and investment advisory. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, nurturing client relationships, preparing insightful investment reports, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and close deals with potential investors, with a focus on clients from the Middle East.
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their investment goals and advise on suitable property opportunities in the UK.
- Prepare detailed investment proposals and comprehensive property reports including market analysis, ROI estimations, and acquisition strategies.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by offering consistent support, updates, and after-sale services.

- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their investment goals and advise on suitable property opportunities in the UK.
- Collaborate with the research and property sourcing team to ensure high-quality investment options are aligned with client needs.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets in line with UKME’s growth strategy.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the UK-MENA real estate investment space.
- Attend property exhibitions, investor meetings, and networking events when required.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate sales, preferably with exposure to UK property markets or international investment clients.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong experience in preparing professional, data-driven reports and investment proposals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and international clientele.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and market research tools.
- Strong understanding of UK property laws, buying processes, and investment trends is highly desirable.
