Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team and drive new business growth, manage client relationships, and contribute to strategic expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients in the UAE market (Real Estate, Government, Corporate).
Develop and execute business development strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Prepare proposals and pitch presentations tailored to client needs.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate closely with the creative and media production teams to align solutions with client expectations.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

5+ years of proven experience in sales or business development for digital marketing or media production agencies.
Strong understanding of the UAE market and client expectations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets consistently.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
