Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Bluworks’ software products and solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast reports using CRM tools.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Represent Bluworks at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Job Requirements
5+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise solutions.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and digital transformation trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Fluency in English and Arabic
