Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Real Estate Sales Agents at The Address Holding, located in New Cairo.
As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Your daily tasks will include providing customer service, marketing properties, conducting property tours, and managing negotiations.
You will also be required to stay updated on the latest trends in the real estate market and maintain your real estate license.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or a similar sales environment.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including weekends, as needed.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
