Job Description

  • Advise clients on property investment opportunities, sales, and market trends to support informed decision-making.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with potential buyers and investors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and marketing materials to attract and retain clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on local and regional real estate market developments, pricing, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all transactions.
  • Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and industry seminars to expand professional connections.
  • Utilize CRM systems and digital tools to track leads, manage client information, and report on sales activities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales, advisory, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and investment principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
  • Flexibility to work in an on-site environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
